New Research Group "CoRe" Established

Together with my Frankfurt colleagues Kathrin Eitel, Ruzana Liburkina, Martin Fotta and Andreas Streinzer I founded the GRADE Initiative Configurations of Responsibilisation (CoRe) in March 2020. In current media but also scientific discourses, the concept of responsibility appears more and more frequently, which makes it difficult to grasp and analyse the term, but shows its relevance. The aim of the research group is to sharpen and operationalize this concept from a cultural-anthropological perspective in order to strengthen research that focuses on practices of responsibilisation.
